Awesome. I have been using this for a week and it is working great! I love that quadrants. I have not tried to do anything more complex than use it for organizing projects…but I needed that to organize my thinking on my different projects and it is intuitive and working great for that.
für meinen Teil finde ich das dies die beste App im Bereich Prdouktivität ist (Stand: 04/2012). Besonders gut finde ich, das ich die App, sowohl auf meinen IMac, Ipad und Iphone haben kann und diese untereinander synchronisieren kann..

Really helps me focus. I use this app a lll the time to make sure that I focus on the tasks that are most important. It's easy to use and works well across my computer, phone and iPad.
I highly recommend Priority Matrix. I run it over my MacBook, iPad and iPhone. All sync and very easy to work. Now I can set all I need on a way that I can get back and manage my tasks easily. Again: I highly recommend Priority Matrix.

EL'ensemble permet d'avoir des taches toujours synchronisées, on peut donc être a jour et ne s'occuper que d'une seule version. On peut gérer de nombreux projets indépendants les uns des autres, et autant de tâches que nécessaire bien répartis. Ca aide énormément pour voir les choses à faire en priorité. Et l'ajout de petites icônes est assez sympa. Ainsi que le niveau de progression ! Bref, indispensable !
Incredible app!! I am a "TO DO" list kinda guy. I have been using "THINGS" for the last year, but found that my tasks were getting lost in the menutia of lists. This app gives me the opportunity to move my lists to where I need than and when I need them. This has been my constant companion for the last 1.5 weeks. It's looking like this will become my new way of making my task agenda for each day, week, and month. .
The matrix presentation, with icons, makes it easy to visualize your workload. The quadrants let you track less important/non-critical tasks, without obscuring the important/critical ones. Tasks can be configured with all the information you need, without making it tedious or create or edit tasks. Other apps really fall short on this particular feature. The priority matrix really works. Putting tasks into a matrix makes it much *easier* to classify them;
Perfect. This app is perfect in so many ways. First (and most important) it really helps you to focus on those activities that brings you forward in life (and skip the rest), second - the app is avialable on all (important) platforms so you can access it whenever.
Priority Matrix es para mi un programa fundamental para mi vida personal y laboral. Me ha permitido organizar múltiples proyectos y tareas al mismo tiempo. Donde antes me encontraba lleno de papelitos y post-it pegados en todos lados, ahora todo lo organizo con este maravilloso y sencillo programa. Poseo un MacBook, un Ipad y un Iphone y Priority Matrix se sincroniza entre los tres muy facilmente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 10/10.
This is a wonderfully useful application and it quite easy to use. I use it to keep all of my projects running smoothly. The name of the app says it all… This app keeps all of my priorities nicely organized.
This does exactly what I need in a user friendly 'at a glance' format. Love that you can set deadlines and email the lists as well with a click. Excellent app. Powerful without being overcomplicated or fussy.

I've purchased more than 10 ToDo Apps. Priority Matrix is the only one that makes sense. I wear several different hats. Every hat seems to have 3 or 4 ongoing tasks or ideas. This App has a structure that works for the way I think.
